Bucket List

Lately, I've been thinking more and more about what life's about and all the things I want to experience before my time comes. I jotted down a few things i'd like to do that would make me happy and feel accomplished.

Without further adieu, my list:

One Day...

One day, hopefully my boyfriend will propose with one of these beautiful rings! Every little girl ponders about what her wedding, and her husband, and her ring. I am no different; I think about this frequently and I'm excited for the day that I'll marry a good, honest man. It seems like forever away from now and a complete fairy tale, but it'll get here before I know it. 

I love vintage and I love different styles, and these rings are perfect for me.

My new favorite song is "I'll Make a Man Out of You" from Mulan. I don't know why this has suddenly become my obsession, but I watched Mulan today and totally love, love, love it.

I've always loved Mulan. I used to practice weird kung fu moves in my backyard like I was Mulan and was going to save China. Needless to say, that never happened, and I've never been to China. The song is really catchy though, and it just makes me smile. Mulan pretending to be a man. Geez. For some reason, Disney cartoons mean more to me as I get older than when I was little. Probably because I hated every Disney movie until I was about eleven or twelve. Disney cartoons scared me to death. The villeins were super scary and they had dark settings. How could that not terrorize a child? Anyway, this song is boss.

Classy

Classy. That's what I want people to describe my style as. Like Audrey Hepburn, Grace Kelly, or Princess Diana. 

Too many girls love short cut, low cut, skin showing ugliness that's unflattering on most young women and doesn't show style at all. Seriously, all this modern stuff shows that you know how to go to Aeropostale and buy what they tell you, it's not unique. 

I love 1930s to 1960s style the most. They were beautiful and poised. Their makeup was very natural colored with emphasis on their eyes. They had gorgeous skin and healthy bodies. Nobody could tell how if they ate too many muffins because half their body isn't showing.  

The following clothing selections are my favorites for everyday or for dates, whatever. 

CUTE HAIR!

I have compiled a photo folder on my computer of beautiful updos/buns/whatever you call them and I look at them whenever I want to look sophisticated or just do something special. So here are my top cute hairstyles that I absolutely am in love with. Hope you like.

Disney Princess Pillow

For Christmas, my mom got me a Disney Princess no sew pillow set. I love little crafts, so I was happy to get the pillow set. Two Fridays ago, I sat down and while watching the Big Bang Theory, I laid out the fabrics, cut the fabric, and tied it together. Then I stuffed the pillow and I was done. It was simple and very easy. I had fun and the project was inexpensive. It's the perfect project/present for little girls.
